Abra Software Customization
GenTS:
- Designed to generate Abra Payroll time sheet postings, including
other earnings, from the output of time collection systems. GenTS
accepts time entries produced from various time keeping systems,
such as time clocks, spreadsheets and databases.
- Examines the extracted time records for errors before updating
Abra Suite. Validations are preformed on employee number,
organization level, pay type, job code and project.
- Error conditions are noted in an error log report.
- Audit reports show hours/dollars input; distributed; and a
secondary job audit shows the amount of time to be accrued by
secondary job for each employee.
GenAT:
- Designed to generate Abra Attendance transactions from the
output of time collections systems.
- Examines the extracted time records for errors before updating
Abra Suite. Validations are preformed on employee number and
absence reason.
- Error conditions are noted in an error log report.
- Audit reports show total hours generated for each absence reason
and hours distributed to Abra Suite.
- Includes the functionality to remove previously generated
attendance records.
